All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

Our standard delivery time is 2-3 business days. However, due to high demand, especially during peak periods, delivery may extend to 7-15 business days. We strive to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience during busy times.

Shipping Rates and Options

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Extended Shipping: 7-15 business days (during high demand periods)

Shipping Locations

Al Aras currently delivers to all GCC countries, including:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Saudi Arabia

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Al Aras is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
