We want you to love your Al Aras product. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of delivery and get your money back.

What you can return
• Any Al Aras product bought from alaraslab.com, used or unused, within 60 days of delivery
• Sale and bundle items are included
• Please keep the product with all its parts and accessories (charger, straps, controller, etc.) ready for pickup

How to request a refund
1. Send us a message on WhatsApp at +971 58 517 1889 or email support@alaraslab.com with your order number and the reason for your refund.
2. Our team will confirm your request and arrange a pickup time with you.
3. Our delivery team will collect the product from your address. You don't need to send anything yourself.

How you get your money back
• Cash on Delivery orders: our delivery agent will check the product at pickup and refund you in cash on the spot.
• Prepaid orders (card / online payment): once we receive the product, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount.

Delivery charges
The delivery charges for the original order and the return pickup are covered by the customer and are deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery charges.
